The Booking Process

We at hosteltimes.com will create a micro site for each individual tour that your company offers. This will be featured in the diversions area of the Hosteltimes.com site and also in all appropriate regional sites.

Hosteltimes.com will assign your company with a username and password enabling you to set up allocations of tour seats / activity places for sale online and this will be in four languages English, Chinese, Japanese and Korean for the fastest growing market in the travel industry, what will vastly increase your bookings and revenue.

Guests wishing to make a reservation do so by paying a 15% deposit and a US$2 booking fee by credit card to Hosteltimes.com. Once the credit card transaction is completed, the guest receives a booking confirmation, which they should print out and present on arrival to the tour/activity, this makes it easy and reliable for the guest and your tour company, as you will receive the individual booking information for each guest in your hostel times.com inbox, giving you a precise number of arrivals for each tour or activity you will provide.

The guest pays the remaining balance either on arrival or at a predefined date as required by your company (This balance can be charged to the guests' credit card). Cancellation conditions and booking conditions can be specified by the individual tour company.
